How do I get my guide?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and we email you the same link within a few minutes. If you can't find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
What format are the guides?
PDF files (US Letter size). They open on any phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader, including your web browser.
Can I print them?
Yes. Print the whole guide or just the checklists and trackers.
Do you ship anything?
No. Everything we sell is a digital download.
What if the guide isn't useful to me?
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and we'll refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Who writes the guides?
We research each topic using reputable sources and list them in the guide. We use AI tools to help with research and drafting, and every guide is checked against its sources before it's published.
Is this professional advice?
No. Our guides are general education. They don't replace advice from a professional who knows your situation, such as a veterinarian, doctor, therapist or employment lawyer.
Can I share my guide?
Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't share or resell the file. If someone else would find it useful, you can buy them a copy.

How can I pay?
With major credit and debit cards. Express options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay appear at checkout when they're available on your device.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where we offer it.
Are your reviews real?
Yes. Every review is written by a reader, and we publish them all, good or bad (we only remove spam or abuse). A few early readers got a free copy to try a guide, and their reviews say so. We never pay for reviews or ask for a certain rating.
I bought a bundle. How do I open it?
Bundles download as one ZIP file with all the PDFs inside. On a computer, double-click it. On an iPhone or iPad, tap it in the Files app to unzip it. On Android, open it in your Files app and tap Extract.
