All Well Guided products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping costs.

• After checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you entered.
• The link works on phones, tablets and computers.
• If the email hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your order number and we'll send it again.
