Refund policy

Our promise: if a Well Guided guide isn't useful to you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method. No forms, no hoops.

• Contact us through our Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email.
• Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.
• Because our guides are digital files, we can't take them back. We ask that you delete your copy after a refund.
• If you were charged twice or can't download your guide, contact us and we'll fix it right away.
